The anime film "Weak Pedal Re:GENERATION" and BD & DVD will be released on Wednesday, February 14, 2018!

In addition, "Weak Pedal Re:GENERATION," a film version of the third season story with an original part, was released for two weeks from October 13, 2017 (Friday), and the fourth season of the series, "Weak Pedal GLORY LINE," will be broadcast in January 2018. The Blu-ray & DVD release date of the anime movie "Weak Mushi Pedal Re:GENERATION," which was released for two weeks in October, has been set for February 14, 2018 (Wednesday)!

The third season of the TV anime depicts the passionate drama of Sohoku High School, the team to which the main character Onoda Sakamichi belongs, from its start as a "new generation team" to the mountain stage on the first day of the national tournament (Inter High), with original new scenes depicting Sakamichi's seniors and alumni, Kinjo Mamoru, Makishima Yusuke and Tadokoro Shin, on their way to support the team at the Inter High. The original new scene depicts the journey of Mamoru Kaneshiro, Yusuke Makishima, and Tadokoro Shin, who are all senior members of Sakamichi.

In the new original scene, Tadokoro and his friends, whose family runs a bakery, transform the 14 characters competing in the Inter-High into bread, an unexpected scene that became a topic of conversation.

The "bread can badge" was also decided to be a bonus for Blu-ray & DVD purchasers at animate, Amazon.co.jp, and TOHO animation STORE!　The badges are made from newly-drawn illustrations of seven "legendary characters" from the first and second seasons: Mamoru Kinjo, Yusuke Makishima, and Jun Tadokoro from Sohoku, and Juichi Fukutomi, Yasuyu Arakita, Jeppachi Todo, and Hayato Shinkai from Hakone Academy, all of whom have been transformed into bread. The limited edition of the book on Amazon.co.jp includes a set of Toudou and Shinkaira, while the TOHO animation STORE includes a set of Kinjo, Makishima, and Tadokoro.

The idea of how many pans each character will have is based on an idea that Hiroki Yasumoto, who voices Kinjo, Shotaro Morikubo, who plays Makishima, and Kentaro Ito, who plays Tadokoro, came up with during the stage greeting for this film.
