Popular novel "Kakuriyo no Shukuhan" will be adapted into a TV anime in 2018! Teaser visual and creator's comments are now available!

The popular light novel series "Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi" will be adapted into a TV anime in 2018.

Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi" is a light novel by Aoi Tomoma (illustrated by Laruha, published by Fujinopolis). The story follows the main character, who is kidnapped to a brothel in the hidden world of Ayamashi (ghosts) to take a loan left by a father and become the bride of the god Kakuriyo. The series has been published in six volumes since April 2015 (the seventh volume was released on November 15, 2017) and has sold more than 340,000 copies (as of October 2017).

This work will be adapted into a TV anime in 2018!　Here are the teaser visuals and comments from the original author, Aoi Tomoma, and the illustrator and character designer, Laruha.

I can't wait for the anime to air, not only for the main character Aoi's cooking and the ayakashi who work at Tenjinya, but also for the scene where the little Temari kappa moves in a mockingly cute way.

The "hidden world" where ayakashi dwell.
Aoi, the main character, is kidnapped by the master of Tenjinya, a long-established inn, and learns that she was promised to become a bride of the master, a god, as a way of repaying a debt left by her grandfather.
Aoi does not like it, but instead of marrying into his family, she predicts that she will work at "Tenjinya" to pay off the debt. ......
