Additional cast members have been announced for the TV anime "Mr. Takagi the Teasing Teacher," which will begin airing in January 2018.

The "Mr. Takagi the teasing upperclassman" is a popular manga serialized in "Gessan" (Shogakukan) by Soichiro Yamamoto. It is a love comedy depicting the casual exchanges between "Mr. Takagi" and "Nishikata-kun," two junior high school classmates. The story depicts the daily life of Takagi-san, who teases Nishikata-kun with his suggestive attitude, and Nishikata-kun, who is interested in Takagi-san despite being pushed around by him.

It was previously announced that Riie Takahashi will play Takagi-san and Hiroki Kaji will play Nishikata, but today the cast has been revealed, playing the unique classmates and teachers.

Yoshimi Obara will play the role of Mina, an energetic girl who loves to eat, M.A.O. will play the role of Yukari, the serious but lovesick committee chairperson, and Yui Ogura will play Sanae, a cool and sharp-tongued member of the track and field club. In addition, classmates Nakai will be played by Yuma Uchida, Mano by Kotori Koiwai, Takao by Nobuhiko Okamoto, Kimura by Fukutsugu Ochiai, and Tanabe sensei by Yosuke Tadokoro.
