Here is the official report from the stage greeting held at Umeda Burg 7 in Osaka on November 19 (Sun.).
The first day of the "Your Order is a Rabbit? ~Dear My Sister" -Special Report on the Osaka Stage Greeting
The theatrical screening of "Your Order is a Rabbit? ~Dear My Sister" which started showing in theaters on November 11. On Sunday, November 19, one week after its release, a stage greeting was held at Umeda Burg 7.
On stage were Aozora Tokui (who plays Maya), director Hiroyuki Hashimoto, and MC Chiaki Matsuzawa, who had just finished "Chimame-tai One-man Live chimame march in OSAKA" the day before.
Since this was a post-screening stage greeting, they talked about the content of the film.
Tokui-san and Matsuzawa-san got into a lively discussion about how they felt this episode was an epic love story between Cocoa and Chino from a girl's point of view. Tokui-san continued to speak passionately, saying that she was squeamish about the emotional changes that only a girl can go through and the feelings of friendship between the characters. The director was a little overwhelmed by her passion and replied, "These characters are basically only thinking about others.
The director also talked about the message he put into the last scene, and many other quite profound topics were discussed in the stage greeting. In response to the fact that the time for the stage greeting passed so quickly, he said, "I couldn't talk about the details of the bread! It looks so delicious!" Tokui-san said regretfully. But the charm of this work is that you can talk about it as long as you want.
I'm really happy that so many people have come to see the show in its second week since it started last week. It's a cute, healing, and warming work, so I hope people will come to see it again and again. We will also be working a lot on the original work, CDs, and Chimame-tai, so please continue to support us" (Aozora Tokui).
Thanks to everyone's support, we are now able to screen the film in theaters. I still want to continue making this work myself. I don't know if it will happen or not, but I hope it will continue, so I would be happy if you could support "Gochiusa". Thank you very much for today" (Director Hashimoto)
The greeting ended with Tokui-san and the director expressing their gratitude to the fans.
