Anime "Drifters", Blu-ray Volume 7 Jacket Cover & Latest Episode Scene Cuts Revealed!

The jacket photo and scene cuts from the latest episode of the TV anime "Drifters," which aired in October 2016, and the Blu-ray volume 7, which contains new anime episodes that continue the TV series, have been released.

Drifters" is a TV anime based on Kota Hirano's manga serialized in Young King Hours. Set in an alternate world where elves and dwarves exist, it depicts the exploits of heroes from the past and present, such as Toyohisa Shimazu, Nobunaga Oda, Scipio, and Hannibal. Directed by Kenichi Suzuki, series composition and script by Hideyuki Kurata, character design by Ryoji Nakamori, and animation production by HOODS DRIFTERS STUDIO.

The Blu-ray volume 7, which contains new episodes of the anime that continue the TV series, will be released on December 23, 2017 (Saturday), and its jacket photo has been revealed.
The outer case depicts Nobunaga and Yoichi, drawn by the original author Hirano, and the jacket depicts the Black King and Yoshitsune, drawn by character designer and chief animation director Ryoji Nakamori.

The special limited edition titled "DRIFTERS episode 13-14" will include the bonus video "Black King Goranshin" and the new drama CD "Kaidohen," as well as an extra mystery disc, so be sure to check it out.
