Akiba Research Institute's anime portal "Anipota" held an official voting project from October 12 to November 25, 2017, "Let's decide the best anime of the year! This year's poll was based on the official poll "I 'm crazy about it" held in the past!  2016 Autumn Anime Popularity Poll that I was glad to have watched " and " Nakedly!   2017 Winter Anime Popularity Poll that I was glad to watch " and " Nakedly!   2017 Spring Anime Popularity Poll ", " Crazy!   2017 Summer Anime Popularity Poll ", for a total of 40 works.

The winner of the "Akiba Research Institute Anime Grand Prize 2017" was "Magical Girl Raising Plan" (4th place in 2016 Fall Anime), which had been leading the poll since the start of the voting. 16 lovely magical girls are engaged in a tough battle royal to survive, and the hard storyline is very popular. The hard-hitting story of 16 pretty magical girls in a grueling battle royale to survive was popular, and it was far ahead of the second-place finisher.
