Digimon Adventure tri." is a sequel to the first "Digimon Adventure" series and is the latest in a series of six chapters, produced to commemorate the 15th anniversary of "Digimon Adventure". It is an animated feature film sequel to the first TV anime "Digimon Adventure," set three years after the final battle against Belial Vandemon in "Digimon Adventure 02," and tells the story of Taichi Yagami and his "chosen children" who have grown up.
