The TV anime "A Place Farther Than the Universe," which will start airing on January 2 (Mon.), 2018, has released an advance cut and synopsis of the first episode.

Farther Than the Universe" is an original TV anime that depicts the adolescence of four girls who continue their journey to Antarctica, which is "farther than the universe," about 14,000 km away from Japan. Directed by Atsuko Ishizuka, series composition and script by Juki Hanada, and animation production by MADHOUSE, this is a highly anticipated new work by the "No Game, No Life" animation team, who have teamed up again.
