Ryu☆ is a multi-creator who has provided music for the BEMANI series, including the music game "beatmania IIDX" released by Konami, produced anime songs, and is a total producer for his label, EDP.

The CD "Ryu☆BEST -SUNLiGHT-" to be released this time is Ryu☆'s third best album, following "Ryu☆BEST -STARLiGHT-" and "Ryu☆BEST -MOONLiGHT-" which were released simultaneously in 2016.

This album contains a total of 50 songs selected from Ryu☆'s songs that were not included in the previous two albums.
