This is the third year! Techno Boys, a year of work, all in one 2017 version!

In 2017, TECHNOBOYS PULCRAFT GREEN-FUND was involved in numerous anime projects. The "Year in Review" interview, which has become a year-end tradition, is again full of topics. Let's go to the interview!

The word "virgin" echoes in the vocals of the stage play "Osomatsu-san

─ ─ This is your third year, so tell us again about your work during the year. First, let's talk about "Osomatsu-san on STAGE - SIX MEN'S SONG TIME," which was released on February 10, 2017. It is a collection of vocals from the stage "Osomatsu-san".

Matsui Wasn't this last year?

Fujimura: No, the CD was released in 2017. This was a studio recording done by the actors after the stage was over. Probably, this time last year, the recording was just about to start.

Ishikawa: That looked like a lot of work, didn't it?

Fujimura I was in charge of the recording, but the stage "Osomatsu-san" had a separate cast for the usual 6 children and the F6, so we had to record for 13 people, including Totoko. The actors were all very successful, so we had to start recording at 10:00 p.m. It was very difficult, and I had just had my wisdom teeth removed for the first time in my life, so I couldn't speak at all (laughs).

(laughs) ─ I know it has been a long time since you wrote the lyrics, but what was your impression?

Matsui Well...I had been allowed to write many things for "Osomatsu-san" in the two ED songs, so I thought I was running out of material... (laughs).

Fujimura: Thanks to Matsui-kun's lyrics, there has never been a recording where the word "virgin" echoed through the studio so much. Almost everyone was made to say "virgin" (laughs).

Matsui: After working on the stage "Osomatsu-san," I realized how busy the 2.5D actors were. It was tough for us to write the songs, but I thought it was even tougher to learn them. In just a month or so, we had to learn, sing, and dance to eight new songs. And all this while performing on other stages. It is amazing, isn't it?
