The latest key visual and PV, as well as the official report of the advance screening event, have arrived from the TV anime "Love is Like After the Rain," which will start airing on January 11 (Thu.).

Koi ha Ameagari no Yoni" is a comic serialized in "Weekly Big Comic Spirits" (Shogakukan) by Jun Bizuki. It depicts a love story between Akira Tachibana, a former track team member who gave up running after an incident, and Masami Kondo, a dull 45-year-old manager at her part-time job, who makes you want to cheer for them even though it is frustrating. A TV anime adaptation was announced in March of this year.

The latest key visual and PV were released prior to the start of the broadcast!　The key visual depicts Akira Tachibana, the main character with fluttering heart and blushing cheeks, and Masami Kondo, the store manager who is moved by Akira's straightforwardness, taking shelter from the rain under a tree. The PV released at the same time depicts Akira's thoughts and feelings as sung by CHiCO with HoneyWorks in the OP theme "Nostalgic Rainfall" and by Aimer in the ED theme "Ref:rain".

On January 6, the premiere advance screening event of the TV anime "Love is Like After the Rain" was held at Shinjuku Wald 9. The talk show after the screening featured Sayumi Watanabe, who plays the main character Akira Tachibana, Hiroaki Hirata, who plays Masami Kondo, Emi Miyajima, who plays Haruka Kiyatake, Haruka Fukuhara, who plays Yui Nishida, and director Ayumi Watanabe, who spoke about their enthusiasm for the first on-air episode on January 11.

First, lead actor Watanabe asked, "Did you all enjoy the show? to which he was greeted with warm applause. Mr. Watanabe smiled back at the positive response from the fans and said, "I'm glad," and the talk show began in a friendly atmosphere.
