Celebrating the 20th anniversary of her debut! Arina Tanemura Original Drawing Exhibition ~20th anniversary~" will be held at Nagoya Parco from February 1 (Thu) to 13 (Tue)!

Arina Tanemura's original art exhibition "Arina Tanemura Original Art Exhibition -20th anniversary-", which marks the 20th anniversary of her debut, will be held at Nagoya Parco from February 1 (Thu) to 13 (Tue), 2018.

Arina Tanemura made her debut in 1996 with "Nisai no Koi no Katachi" (The Second Shape of Love), which appeared in the June issue of Shueisha's "Ribon Original"; in 1998, " Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne ", which was serialized in "Ribon", became a huge hit, selling over 5 million copies in total. In 2013, she began serializing "Neko to me no friday" in Margaret and "31☆Idream" in Hakusensha's Melody. Currently, "Arina no Tane" is serialized in Cobalt (bimonthly).

This time, as Ms. Tanemura celebrates the 20th anniversary of her debut, the "Arina Tanemura Original Drawing Exhibition -20th anniversary-," her first original drawing exhibition to look back on her artwork once again in her hometown Aichi, will be held at Nagoya Parco from February 1 (Thu) to 13 (Tue), 2018.

Visitors can enjoy Tanemura's world with more than 130 original drawings and related goods from "Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne" to " Idolish Seven," a very popular idol raising game for smartphones.

Advance tickets, same-day tickets (first half), same-day tickets (second half), advance tickets with lottery for participation in autograph session, ticket A (with goods) and ticket B (ticket set) with benefits sold exclusively through animate are available for purchase.
Advance tickets and same-day tickets can be exchanged for picture tickets at the venue.

While many artists write using digital tools such as Photoshop and Clip Studio, Ms. Tanemura does most of her work in analog, and this event will allow visitors to experience the charm of her carefully detailed original drawings, which cannot be conveyed in printed form.

In addition, a "Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne" costume created in collaboration with Mr. Tanemura and the Ichinomiya Chamber of Commerce and Industry will be on special display at the event, and Mr. Tanemura will be signing autographs on February 3, so be sure to check the official website and visit the event.
