Business hotel to be built near Iwamotocho Station, former site of Nissin Camera Photo Supply Center

A business hotel will be built near Iwamotocho Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line.

Located on the first floor of the Ochiai Building near Iwamotocho Station, next to the R.L WAFFLE CAFE Akihabara store, on the former site of Nissin Camera Photo Supplies Center, a used camera shop that closed on June 15, 2016.

According to the "Notice of Building Plan" installed,the hotel will have 13 floors above ground / 1 floor below ground. The site area is 352.27 square meters. The building area is 248.71 square meters. The total floor area is 2918.96 square meters. The height is 44.43 m. Construction is scheduled to begin on January 9, 2018, with an estimated completion date of June 15, 2019.
