Mazinger Z," Japan's proud robot animation series, has finally made a complete comeback! Today marked the memorable revival of the legend and the birth of a new legend, with Shotaro Morikubo as Kouji Kabuto, the pilot of Mazinger Z and the main character of the film; Ai Chino as Sayaka Yumi, Kabuto Kouji's lover and the new director of the Photon Power Laboratory; Sumire Uesaka as Lisa, the android who holds the key to the story; and Kabuto Kouji's younger brother, Kabuto Kouji. Natsuki Hanae as Shiro Kabuto, currently a pilot in the Joint Forces; Hiroyuki Miyasako as the male side of Baron Ashura, a very popular villainous character who has been resurrected along with the evil genius scientist Dr. Hell; and director Junji Shimizu all took the stage.

Morikubo took the stage and opened his speech by saying, "I've been looking forward to this day as much as you have! I hope you all enjoyed the show. The audience applauded loudly, and the greeting began with the tension in the audience at maximum. After a few words from each of the cast members, Director Shimizu said, "All of the staff worked together with passion to create this film! Thank you very much!" He thanked the audience that filled the hall.

Then, to celebrate the memorable complete revival of "Mazinger Z," the original author, Mr. Go Nagai, and Ichiro Mizuki, who sings the opening theme, appeared on stage. Nagai said, "I am happy myself to be able to watch Mazinger on the screen again. I really enjoyed watching it and was really moved by the fact that this was the Mazinger I wanted to see! Thank you very much, everyone!" Mizuki was moved, saying, "I never thought I would be able to sing in a theater version more than 45 years later.

I was so moved! It hit me right in the brain! (I'm so happy!" said Nagai, who was impressed by the lines of Kouji Kabuto, played by Morikubo. Morikubo smiled and said, "I'm so happy! I've been a voice actor for more than 20 years, but this was the first time I rode on a robot. I have been a voice actor for more than 20 years, but this was the first time I rode on a robot. In that sense, I was very deeply moved.

Chino added, "Of course I knew that this work was popular not only in Japan but also around the world, and I was really surprised. I was really surprised. It was like a photon power beam was going to be emitted! (laugh)," she joked, looking back on the time when she was chosen to play the heroine, Sayaka Yumi.

Mizuki, who will be performing the opening theme for the new Mazinger Z theater version for the first time in 45 years, said, "I can only say thank you, it's almost a miracle. To be able to sing again after 45 years is something that has never happened in the history of anime. I am truly grateful to everyone who has always loved Mazinger.

Miyasako, who had always admired Mizuki and wanted to be an animation singer before becoming a comedian, said, "I am truly honored to be involved with Mazinger Z, which I have longed for and adored. He also said, "When I was a little boy, unfortunately I couldn't get a Mazinger Z toy for myself, so I played with my friend's toys. There was an incident in which I sent one of my friend's Mazinger's hands flying (with a rocket punch) and lost it (laughs).

Uesaka said, "I am very excited to be able to participate in a new Mazinger Z movie, which I happened to come across in a used book store when I was in high school. Both the original work and "Infinity" are completely different and fun to play." About Lisa, who played Lisa, she said, "The androids in Ms. Nagai's works... there are many different characters who eventually become bad guys, or have their chests open up, but Lisa, who is an android, has a pure and human heart and is a new character. Hanae said, "I think I've created a new type of character, an android, but one with a pure human heart.

Hanae said, "There was a lot of pressure to participate in a work that has been around since before I was born and has such a long history," and "I was nervous when the director and staff said to me (during postrecording), 'This work has been over 10 years in the making, so please take care of it. I was very nervous.

At this point, Mizuki performed the opening theme "Mazinger Z INFINITY Version" live! The audience, including Nagai, Morikubo, Miyasako, and all the other speakers, as well as the audience, joined together to sing the full chorus of the song. Mizuki, surrounded by the same enthusiasm and applause as at a live performance, exclaimed, "I am so happy! and the audience was more excited than ever before in the history of stage greetings for movies.

At the end of the stage greeting, Mizuki said, "Japan is proud of its world-class animation, and the first work that can be said to be the first of its kind is Mazinger Z. Mazinger Z is said to be the first of its kind. I am very happy to have been able to play a part in conveying this message from the Showa to the Heisei era. Please continue to support Mazinger! (Morikubo), "I would be happy if you continue to tell everyone about this work! (The opening day stage greeting ended with a passionate message filled with love for Mazinger, marking the birth of a new Mazinger legend.
