Post-recording cast comments for the TV anime "The Seven Virtues," which will begin airing on January 26, have arrived. Distribution information was also released.

Based on Hobby Japan's original character contents, "The Seven Virtues" is an anime work that can be described as an angel version of "sin The Seven Deadly Sins," which aired in 2017, and depicts the struggles of angels searching for a potential savior against the devil. Directed by Shinji Ishidaira of "FAIRY TAIL," with character design, prop design, and chief animation director Masanori Iizuka of "Royal Teacher Heine. Animation production will be handled by Bridge of "Mitsudomoe".

The cast comments after the recording session, in which they talked about their impressions of the recording and the similarities with the angels they play, have arrived, and are introduced below.

Mikael (Angel of Loyalty: faith) CV: Yumi Uchiyama
In the recording, I played the role of Mikael in a short story so that I could convey the charm of Mikael as much as possible in the short time I had to play the role! All the stories were so funny that it was hard to hold back my laughter! (Laughter)
Even in the short stories, the scenarios conveyed the charm of each angel very well, and furthermore, I felt that not only the unique angels, but also all the candidate messiahs were very attractive! Although it wasn't a finished video at the time of recording, it was already very prettily drawn, so I'm looking forward to seeing it finished!"
I don't know much about myself, but I am often told by those around me that I have a strong sense of responsibility, so perhaps I am rather "loyal" (laughs)."

■Uriel (Angel of Patience) CV: Asami Seto
When I was recording, I wanted to be able to show Uriel's personality in the short scenes. We've finished recording up to episode 6, and I'm sure she'll be enduring in the episodes to come, so I'm looking forward to seeing where she'll be enduring in the next episode.
'I'd say I have about 75% in common with Uriel. It's finished with its own virtues and vices. It's human."

■Sariel (Angel of Mercy: Kindness) CV: Sakura Nakamura
In episode 7, the episode in which I appeared, I was in a dialogue with the messiah candidate, so I was careful to keep my heart of mercy and to maintain the pace that is typical of Sariel. Compared to the other angels, she does not talk a lot, so I tried to make an impact with each word. I was able to feel a friendly atmosphere from the other cast members during the recording sessions, so it wasn't too difficult. All the girls are so cute that it would be a shame if it was only a short animation!
I was so happy to see them all! I also felt the extraordinary attention to detail in the close-ups of the parts. This is indeed a Hobby Japan production (hard) (hard)."
I think the virtues of Sariel are "mercy," but I think she is similar to me in that she is sweet at her own pace. The part that seems to be my virtue is that when I fish, I only take enough fish to eat! I am careful not to shop online the day before a typhoon hits, because it is very difficult for my delivery brother!
Another virtue I might have is "loyalty" because I want to be grateful and courteous to the people I meet. I am at the opposite end of the spectrum from "frugality. The sin I bear is "greed" because I have many hobbies, but I can't resist my greed, and I snap things up easily. I am also "lazy" because I pile up the things I receive without opening the box.

Sandalphon (Diligence) CV: Shiori Izawa
What I paid attention to in the recording was "not to worry about details" and "to be crisp and clear since the cuts change so quickly. The video has a pop feeling that makes girls feel warm and fuzzy.
In terms of similarities with the character, I am very serious and have a lot of conviction when it comes to my work, so in that sense, I may be a diligent person. However, I am the type of person who gets angry when I see someone who is not diligent, and I am not a "let's work hard together" type like Sandalphon, so I may be more demanding. I am not the type of person who gets angry when I see someone who is inattentive, so I may be more demanding (laugh).
The other virtues I have are loyalty and patience. ...... As for the sins I bear, I'm full of rage, greed, and jealousy ...... sins (laughs). I think it's the flip side of ambition, though."

■Metatron (Angel of Benevolence: Charity) CV: Arie Ozawa
I have never played an S girl before, so I was very nervous! I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product to see how it turns out.
There are many highlights in each episode, and I really enjoyed just watching the recording sessions. Some of the girls were very funny, some were a little sad, and some angels who genuinely cared about Messiah were very cute. I enjoyed it in many ways.
I don't mind doing things for other people, but it can't be all I do! But I can't be all that, so I guess I'm like 20% philanthropic. Other than that, I don't think I have any of the other virtues that I have, as self-evaluated at ....... I'm still just a human being. ......
As for the sins I carry, there are days when I have a great desire for things. ...... Usually not so much, but I buy things even though I know I shouldn't. ...... I can't resist the sin of greed."

■Raphael (Temperance: Angel of Temperance) CV: Lynn
I was careful in the recording how to express cuteness and vigor! (Laughs) I wanted to give the impression that she was getting more and more involved in her own pace. There was nothing in particular that was difficult. I was able to do it in a fun, free and flirty way!
In the video, there are close-ups of her nice body in places, so that's a point of interest! (Laughs) This time I mainly interacted with the messiah, so I'm curious to see how the angels will interact with each other.
Raphael is the angel who presides over temperance, but temperance is quite difficult to achieve. ...... (laughs) As for my appetite, I basically just want to eat what I want to eat, so I probably don't have much of it anymore.
Other than that, if I had to say what virtues I might have from the six I've mentioned, I would say diligence. When I was a student, I was studying and participating in club activities, and now I'm thinking that I could work hard and be enthusiastic about my job! The sin I carry is binge eating because I love to eat. ......? I tend to eat too much, but I don't leave any food behind! (Laughs)"

■Gabrielle (Angel of Purity: Chastity) CV: Hiyori Nitta
In the recording, there were many scenes in which I was pouting when I warned her that public morals were being violated, but I was careful to make sure that my motivation was spinning out of control, because she is not scary at all even though she is really angry!
She is an angelic chief of the public morals committee (self-proclaimed) who cannot tolerate disorderly behavior, so I had to say "no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no! （I also had a hard time holding back my laughter and grin as I watched the other angels being recorded.
The story was very funny, with each angel's relationship with the Messiah having ten different colors (seven angels of seven different colors? LOL) It made me smile so much! Gabrielle's Messiah was somehow a very caring and kind Messiah, and I thought they made a great duo.
