The "Shinkage no Kyojin" is an anime work based on the manga series by Hajime Isayama, serialized in "Bessatsu Shonen Magazine" (Kodansha Ltd.). This dark fantasy depicts the battle between man-eating giants and humans, as well as the mysteries and conspiracies surrounding the world.

Season 1 was broadcast from April to September 2013 and Season 2 from April to June 2017, and became a huge hit due to its overwhelming quality, including powerful action and tension-filled direction. It gained popularity around the world, and a theatrical compilation and live-action movie were also produced. in October 2017, the broadcast date for Season 3 was decided to be July 2018. The "Shinkage no Kyojin" Season 2: The Roar of Awakening was released on a nationwide roadshow on January 13, and was ranked No. 1 in the "Pia Movie Satisfaction Survey" (conducted by Pia on January 13). The second week after the film's release, a stage greeting was held at TOHO Cinemas Ueno.

On stage were Yuki Kaji as Eren Jaeger, Yui Ishikawa as Mikasa Ackermann, Marina Inoue as Armin Arlelt, Hiro Shimono as Connie Springer, Yu Kobayashi as Sasha Bluth, and director Masashi Hizuka. They talked about how they feel now that one week has passed since the theatrical release.


During the talk, they talked about the discoveries and depictions of Season 2 that they gained from watching the theatrical version.
