Pre-orders for Tanita's "Osomatsu-san Original Body Composition Scale," a body composition analyzer in collaboration with the TV anime "Osomatsu-san," began today, February 8, 2012.

Osomatsu-san" is an original anime created to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the late Fujio Akatsuka's birth. Based on Fujio Akatsuka's explosive hit gag manga "Osomatsu-kun" published in Weekly Shōnen Sunday in 1962, "Osomatsu-san" depicts a future where the six children have grown up.
