The first "Gintama" concept room in Kansai is now available at Karakusa Spring Hotel Kansai Air Gate! Reservations begin on February 9!

Karakusa Spring Hotel Kansai Air Gate will start accepting reservations for "Gintama" Concept Rooms, the first collaboration plan with the TV anime "Gintama" in the Kansai region, on February 9.

Gintama" is a manga series by Hideaki Sorachi, serialized in Shueisha's "Weekly Shonen Jump" since 2003. It is a science fiction humanistic period drama set in Edo, a city ruled by aliens, and is the story of Gin-san and his friends. To date, 71 volumes have been published, with a total of more than 51 million copies in print. The TV anime began airing on the TV Tokyo network in 2006, and the final chapter, "Gin-no-Tama-hen," began airing in January 2018.

This time, Karakusa Spring Hotel Kansai Air Gate, a hotel specializing in accommodations for tourists, will offer "Gintama" Concept Rooms in collaboration with the popular TV anime "Gintama" from March 2 (Fri.) to May 31 (Thu.), 2018, using one limited Japanese/Western style Japanese Family Room. The rooms will be on sale from March 2 (Fri.) to May 31 (Thu.), 2018.
In addition, the "Accommodation Plan with 'Gintama' Original Goods" in which the room is left up to you will be sold at the same time.
Reservations for both plans are available only on the official website and will be available from February 9, 2018 (Fri.). Karakusa Spring Hotel Kansai Air Gate will be the first hotel in the Kansai region to offer a collaboration plan with "Gintama," so this is a plan not to be missed.

Eight characters from the TV anime "Gintama" have been newly drawn for this concept room. In the Japanese/Western-style room modeled after Edo Castle, guests are greeted by Hijikata and Okita dressed as hotel staff. The concept is that tourists Gintoki, Shinpachi, Kagura, Katsura, Takasugi, and Kamui will visit the room. Shogun-related contents are placed throughout the rooms, allowing guests to fully enjoy the "Gintama" world during their stay.

The Japanese Family Room, which is the Shogun Room, is the only Japanese/Western-style room at the Karakusa Spring Hotel Kansai Air Gate. The room can accommodate up to four guests. The "Gintama" Concept Room can accommodate from one to four guests. The room is specially decorated and comes with five original character goods and breakfast, and costs from 13,750 yen per room on weekdays and from 16,750 yen on Fridays, Saturdays, and days before holidays. Service charge and consumption tax not included.
