In the Japanese version, Muro Tsuyoshi plays Boss Baby, Kyoko Yoshine plays Tim, the older brother who is pushed around by Boss Baby, Mamoru Miyano plays the adult Tim, and Koichi Yamadera plays Francis Francis, the CEO of the company where the brothers' parents work.
