Netflix original anime "B: The Beginning" unveils new visuals and new scene cuts!

New visuals and scene cuts from the Netflix original anime "B: The Beginning" have been released.

B: The Beginning" is a dream team-up of Kazuto Nakazawa, who directed the animation part of the movie "Kill Bill," and Production I.G, which specializes in hard-hitting depictions such as the "Ghost in the Shell" series and "PSYCHO-PASS: Psycho-Pass" series.

Set in the archipelago nation of Cremona, the story follows Keith Flick (CV: Hiroaki Hirata), a legendary investigator for the Royal Investigation Service (RIS), as he pursues the serial killer Killer B, who always carves the letter "B" into the crime scene, on a grand scale similar to an international drama.

The film depicts the case of "Killer B" and the chain of crimes that ensue, including attacks and terrorist attacks by an organization called "Market Makers" and the appearance of a mysterious boy named Kurou (CV: Hiroki Kaji). All 12 episodes will be available worldwide on Netflix from March 2, 2018 (Fri.).

New visuals and scene cuts of the film have been released at the same time!　The new visual features an impressive composition of Keith with his all-seeing eye, his left eye shining blue, and Kurou with his wings outstretched. Also, on the left and right are Lily and the other members of the Royal Police (a.k.a. "RIS") and the mysterious organization [Market Makers]. The design gives a glimpse of the relationships between the characters as revealed through the case of the serial killer [Killer B].

In addition, new scene photos of Keith, Lily, and Kurohane, which seem to capture a moment in the middle of the case, have been released, so be sure to check them out as well.
