Slow Start" is a popular four-frame manga series by Atsumi Tadako, serialized in "Manga Time Kirara". The TV anime version is directed by Hiroyuki Hashimoto, the director of the "Is Your Order a Rabbit? The series composition is by Mio Inoue, also of "Is Your Order a Rabbit? and character design by Masato Yasuno of "Fuyuinguicchi.
