TV anime "Magical Girl Sight" to feature Nobuhiko Okamoto and other splendid male cast members!　Teaser PV also released!

The teaser PV of the TV anime "Magical Girl Sight" scheduled to air on MBS, TBS, and BS-TBS's "Anime-ism" slot from April has been released. In addition, the male cast members have been cast and their comments have arrived.

The latest work by Kentaro Sato of "Magical Girl of the End" will be serialized on the web comic distribution site "Champion Tap! a web comic distribution site, and moved to "Weekly Shonen Champion" in October 2017. The popular Magical Girl series, which has sold over 3.2 million copies, will start airing as a TV anime "Magical Girl Sight" in April 2018. The main character is Aya Asagiri, a junior high school student who is bullied by her classmates at school and spends her days at home enduring abuse from her own brother. One day, Aya encounters an eerie website called "Magical Girl Site" and obtains a "stick" that contains magical powers. Aya, who has obtained magical powers, finds herself caught up in an intense destiny together with her classmate Rono Nutamura (Tsuchino Yatsumura), who also possesses a stick, and other "magical girls".

The additional cast members and a teaser PV have been released.
The cast includes Nobuhiko Okamoto as Kaname Asagiri, the older brother who abuses Aya, and Tatsuo Suzuki as Kiichiro Misumi, a cool detective who visits the Asagiri family to pursue a case.
In addition to the main characters, Aya and Rono, the teaser PV also reveals Rina Shioi, an informant, Sarina Shizukume, who bullies Aya at school, and Kaname, whose cast has just been unveiled, in an animated video for the first time.
The teaser PV also reveals a mysterious and disturbing character, giving the viewer a sense of the dark side of the story, which is different from the beautiful friendship between the girls depicted in the teaser visual.

The music for the teaser PV was composed by Keiji Inouchi, who is known for his work on "It's Wrong to Seek an Encounter in a Dungeon" and "Royal Teacher Heine". He is also in charge of the BGM used in the teaser PV, which evokes a dark, yet human drama story. It will be interesting to see how Mr. Iuchi, who has worked on many fantastical works, will express the world of this work in his music.
