Masterpiece basketball manga "Ahiru no Sora" to be adapted into TV anime! A teaser visual has also been released.

An anime adaptation of the classic basketball manga "Ahiru no Sora" has been decided, and a teaser visual has been released.

The "Ahiru no Sora" is a popular basketball manga serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" by Takeshi Hyuga. Set in Kutouryuu High School (commonly known as "Kuzu High School"), the story vividly depicts the struggles and growth of the main character "Kurumaya Sora" who joins the basketball club, which has become a den of delinquents.


The general director of the TV anime version is Keizo Kusakawa, whose works include "Kaze Natsu" and "Fleet This. Animation production is handled by Dio Media, which also produced "BEATLESS" and "Aho Girl. Expectations are high as to how the film will reproduce the powerful, live-action-like scene expressions and delicate, pure psychological portrayal that are the charm of this work.

A teaser visual depicting the main character, Sora Kurumaya, looking straight ahead with his sweat dripping down his face, has also been released, so be sure to check it out as well.
