The anime "Isekai Izakaya: Izakaya Nobu in the Ancient City of Aethelia" will be distributed simultaneously worldwide on Bandai Channel and other channels from April 2018.

The "Isekai Izakaya Nobu" series (published by Takarajimasya) is a light novel written by Natsuya Semikawa, which was published on the novel submission website "Shosetsu-ka Naro" and won the 2nd "Naro-con Grand Prize". The story is set in a tavern called "Nobu," which is connected to another world, where unique customers visiting from other worlds momentarily forget their daily troubles as they indulge in delicious sake and untested cuisine served by the taciturn owner, Nobu Taisho. In addition, a comic book adaptation by Private Virginia has been serialized in "Young Ace" (KADOKAWA) since the August 2015 issue, and an anime adaptation was announced in November 2016.

The distribution date for this work has now been determined!　It will be distributed on Bandai Channel and other channels from April 2018. In conjunction with the announcement of the distribution date, additional cast information was also released, revealing that Atsushi Abe will play the role of Hans, a guard of the ancient capital, Shotaro Morikubo will play Hans' colleague Nikolaus, and Katsuyuki Konishi will play Berthold, a company commander of the ancient capital and Hans' and Nikolaus' superior officer.
