Fire Drill with Amazon Omega, Amazon Alpha and Amazon Neo Alpha! Kamen Rider Amazons" movie event report

In commemoration of the May 19 release of the movie "Masked Rider Amazons The Movie: The Last Judgement," a "Joint Fire/Police Terror Disaster Drill" & "Safety & Security Fair" was held on Shinjuku Street on March 18 (Sunday), featuring the cast and characters of Masked Rider Amazons.

The movie "Masked Rider Amazons The Movie: The Last Judgement," which opens in theaters on May 19, is a reboot of "Masked Rider Amazons," an original video work in the Masked Rider series. This is the final installment of the series, depicting the final battle between humans and Amazons, Jin Takayama and Yu Mizusawa. The film is directed by Hidenori Ishida and scripted by Yuya Takahashi of "Masked Rider Ex-Aid" fame, with Yasuko Kobayashi, who previously wrote the script, supervising.

In commemoration of the film's release, a "Joint Fire/Police Terror Disaster Drill" & "Safety & Security Fair" was held on Shinjuku Street on Sunday, March 18, with the cast and characters of Masked Rider Amazons appearing. Here is a report on the event.

On the day of the event, under the auspices of the Yotsuya Fire Department and the Yotsuya Police Department, a 400-meter stretch from in front of Shinjuku Alta to in front of the Shinjuku Marui main building was completely blocked off, and 25 fire and police vehicles made an appearance, while the streets were crowded with people, including families and couples on their holidays.

Guests at the event were four members of the extermination squad: Mitsutoshi Shundo (Makoto Shido), Kanon Miyahara (Nozomu Takai), Katsuya Misaki (Kazuya Misaki), and Kazuya Tanabe (Kota Fukuda), all of whom have appeared in the movie and are familiar faces from Season 1. In addition, Masked Rider Amazon Omega, Masked Rider Amazon Alpha, and Masked Rider Amazon Neo Alpha also appeared. This was the first public appearance of Masked Rider Amazon Neo Alpha, an original character from the movie version, and fans gathered along the street went wild.
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Shundo made a speech on behalf of the extermination team. After the opening ceremony, the parade began with a shout of "Let the parade begin! the group enjoyed interacting with people along the street, shaking hands and exchanging words with them as they paraded down Shinjuku Street.

During the parade, Mr. Miyahara tried his hand at firefighting drills and successfully extinguished the fire, despite being surprised by the water coming out of the hose at a high rate. The serious atmosphere of the movie was not matched by the fire drill. In contrast to the serious atmosphere of the movie, the mood was friendly from start to finish, as the exterminators enjoyed interacting with the fans.

I heard that the cast of Masked Rider Ex-Aid participated last year, but I am sorry that it is not Masked Rider Build this year (laugh).
