The TV anime "The Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Die Neue These," which will start airing on April 3 (Tue.), has delivered the long-awaited main visual, synopsis of the first episode, and advance scene cuts.

The "Legend of the Galactic Heroes" is a science fiction novel written by Yoshiki Tanaka, and has sold more than 15 million copies since its first volume was published in 1982. The series was also called "Legend of the Galactic Voice Actors" because most of the voice actors active in Japan at the time were cast in the series. The series has expanded beyond animation to comics, games, stage plays, and other media, and continues to attract many fans. The new animation "The Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Die Neue These" is a new visualization of the original novel "The Legend of the Galactic Heroes" starting from the first volume "Reimeihen". Production I.G, which has produced numerous popular works such as "Ghost in the Shell" and "PSYCHO-PASS: Psycho-Pass" series, will be in charge of the production, which will consist of a total of 24 episodes.
