Special broadcast today! TV anime "SOUTEN-NO-KEN REGENESIS", Rikiya Koyama & Tomokazu Sugita will join the cast!

The TV anime "SOUTEN-NO-KEN REGENESIS," which will start airing and distributing special programs tonight, has announced new characters and new cast members, and will be released on Blu-ray. In addition, it has been decided that a completely preserved edition of "SOUTEN-NO-KEN: Strategy Reader Hokuto Saikyou Muyori" will be released.

SOUTEN-NO-KEN" is a popular comic series by Tetsuo Hara that was serialized in Weekly Comic Bunch (Shinchosha) from 2001 to 2010. It depicts the past of "Fist of the North Star," and depicts the life of the 62nd Hokuto Shinken lore master, Kasumi Kenshiro, in Shanghai in the 1930s. It was adapted into an anime from October 2006 to March 2007.

In October 2017, its second part, "SOUTEN-NO-KEN REGENESIS," began serialization in Monthly Comic Zenon. It will be written by Tetsuo Hara, supervised by Takeru Takemono, written by Hiroyuki Yatsu, and drawn by Hideki Tsuji. An anime adaptation was also announced at the same time the comic series started , and it was decided that the anime would be broadcast from April 2018.

From this work, which is scheduled to air a special program at 24:30 today, character visuals of new characters Himuka (CV: Rikiya Koyama) and Simeon Nagit (CV: Tomokazu Sugita), as well as postrecording photos, have been released.

TheBlu-ray release of " SOUTEN-NO-KEN REGENESIS" will be released on the same day as the TV anime "SOUTEN-NO-KEN REGENESIS" starts airing. The book includes a legendary dialogue between Tetsuo Hara and Koichi Yamadera, a report on a roundtable discussion between Koichi Yamadera, Setsuji Sato, Shuyuki Hiyama, and director Akio Shikazumi, and a special interview with Sumire Uesaka.
