Good Smile Company (hereinafter "GSC"), a company that plans, produces, manufactures, and sells figures, will establish a new company, Good Smile Arts Shanghai, Inc. Inc./Good Smile Arts Shanghai, Inc." will be established in April 2018.

The company's main business is the planning, production, manufacturing, and sales of Japan's world-class figures, toys, and goods, including the Nendoroid series of deformed figures, of which over 800 varieties have been released as of 2018.
