Captain Tsubasa", episode 2 synopsis & advance cut!

The second episode of the TV anime "Captain Tsubasa" has arrived with a synopsis and advance cuts.

Captain Tsubasa" is a soccer comic by Yoichi Takahashi, which was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) in 1981. It depicts a soccer boy, Tsubasa Ozora, who believes "the ball is your friend" and grows up through games against his teammates and rivals, triggering a soccer boom in Japan when the popularity of soccer was still at a low ebb. The popularity of the series has spread outside of Japan, and it is a very popular work loved by soccer boys all over the world. In December 2017, it was announced that a new series will be produced.

The synopsis and advance cut of the second episode "Tondatto! which will be aired sequentially from today, April 9 (Mon.), and the preceding cuts have been revealed.

Tsubasa hits Wakabayashi with a "chousenjou" (a letter of challenge). Wakabayashi cannot hide his dismay at Tsubasa's tremendous kicking power, but he says that he will accept the matchup if he can outrun all members of the Shutekko B team, of which he is the captain. While Ishizaki refutes the overwhelmingly unfavorable conditions, Tsubasa readily agrees to the terms. With the mysterious Roberto Hongo watching over them, the two boys, who would later go on to lead the Japanese soccer world, begin their first matchup!
