Digimon Adventure tri." is a sequel to the first "Digimon Adventure" series and the latest work in six chapters, produced to commemorate the 15th anniversary of "Digimon Adventure". The jacket of the ending theme for the sixth chapter "Bokura no Mirai" which concludes the "Digimon Adventure tri." series features the "chosen children" and their partner Digimon.
The ending theme "Butter-Fly~tri. Version~" features the "Chosen Children," as well as the Digimon series' insert singer, Ayumi Miyazaki, and AiM, who has also handled the ending theme. The Digimon Thinkers also participate in the music with their lines. The album also includes the voice of Koji Wada, the original artist of "Butter-Fly~tri.Version~," who has sung the opening songs for the previous Digimon series. This song is truly a compilation of the main characters and artists who have supported the "Digimon Adventure tri.
