< Comments from guest voice actors> (titles omitted)
Largo / Voice: Mana Ashida
A girl who lives in Foura City and is the mayor's daughter.
She is a young lady with a firm and gentle personality.
She seems to be related to the phantom Pokémon Zeraora, but...
[Comment by Mana Ashida
I was really happy when I heard the offer because I was envious of the wonderful bond between Satoshi and Pikachu and between people and Pokémon. Pokemon are so cute that I want to live with them! I hope that by playing the role of Largo, who is strong-willed but naive and kind, I can convey to everyone that they can do their best and be strong because they have something they want to protect. I hope to work together with everyone and do my best!
Lisa / Voice: Rina Kawae
A high school girl who is new to Pokemon.
At the request of her injured younger brother, she comes to the Wind Festival to get an Eevee.
Rina Kawae's comment: "I know people of all ages, from children to adults.
I am truly honored to be able to participate in the world of Pokemon, which is known by people of all ages, from children to adults. I don't have that many opportunities to do voice work, so I am happy to have this precious chance and have been practicing a lot at home! I want to do my best to convey not only Lisa's energetic side, but also her bond with Eevee and her connections with the other characters!
Trito / Voice: Gaku Hamada
A Pokemon researcher who is not good at socializing.
He participates in the Wind Festival to present his research, but he lacks self-confidence and is constantly encouraged by Lucky.
Gaku Hamada's comment: "I can say Pokemon.
He has experienced playing video games and often sings "Can You Say Pokemon? I was so excited when I got the offer that I couldn't help but shout "Yay! I was so excited that I shouted "Yay! When I saw the Pokémon in this movie, especially my buddy Lucky, I was filled with nostalgia. I hope that we can work together with everyone to tell a new story that doesn't tarnish the tradition.
■Kagachi/Voice: Koji Okura
A whack-job who can't stop lying.
He is loved by Usokey.
He comes to the Wind Festival with his niece, whom he loves very much. He says, "There is a super-rare Pokémon in this town!" He says, " There is a super-rare Pokemon in this town!
Koji Okura commented.
I was told that Pokemon didn't suit me, but I was surprised that the day would come when I would be able to be involved. I thought that Kagachi, the role I play, would be a difficult one, but I also think that it is a role that adults in particular can relate to. I myself am good at playing people who have something on their mind (laugh), so first of all, I will do my best to match the movie properly, and most of all, I will do my best to please the children.
■Jade / Voice: Masako Nozawa
An old lady who lives in Foura City and hates Pokemon.
She avoids Pokémon because of an incident in the past, but for some reason, she is followed around by many Pokémon, including Waninoko.
Masako Nozawa commented.
At first I thought I was being offered the role of "Waninoko" (laugh), but I am very happy to be able to participate. I thought Pokemon was a cute worldview that was far away from my own, so I was surprised to hear that it was me. I was surprised. The role of Jade is one in which I think of myself as normal, but from other people's point of view, I am a little strange...but I feel like I am close to her. I hope I was able to express that well.
Riku / Voice: Shoko Nakagawa
Lisa's younger brother.
He loves Pokemon.
He is in the hospital due to a leg injury.
Shoko Nakagawa comments
I am already excited about the new winds blowing through the Pokemon movies this year! In addition to the nostalgia of the appearance of familiar Pokémon, there are new aspects that are unique to this year, including the freshness of Satoshi's face.
Mayor Oliver / Voice: Koichi Yamadera
The mayor of Hurrah City and father of Largo.
He has a strong sense of responsibility and a strict character. He is busy working hard to make the Wind Festival a success.
Comments by Koichi Yamadera
I thought I would graduate from Pokemon movies after the 20th anniversary, but I am relieved to be able to participate again this year. Last year, I had to make that cry in order to meet the director's impossible task, but this year, what kind of challenge will I be given...I am looking forward to it. I am playing the role of Largo's father, played by Aina, so I will try to be a father who is not ashamed of his role! I will play my role well so that no one will say, "Enough already, Yamachan..."!
