Cowboy Bebop" collaboration café to be held! The excitement of that masterpiece will come back to life at the collaboration café!

A collaboration café will be held for "Cowboy Bebop," a classic anime that celebrated the 20th anniversary of its TV anime broadcast.

Cowboy Bebop," which aired from 1998 to 1999, is an anime that depicts the adventures of Spike, a bounty hunter who travels through space in pursuit of criminals with a bounty on their heads, set in a future solar system. The work, which has a unique worldview with a hard-boiled touch but also includes elements of action and slapstick comedy, is widely known for the variety of genres of background music created by composer Yoko Kanno, and has become a popular work with deep-rooted fans not only in Japan but also in other countries.

This time, "Cowboy Bebop" and "animate cafe," which offers interior decorations based on concepts from anime and game works and original menus featuring the characters, will collaborate.

The key visual for this collaboration is an illustration by Toshihiro Kawamoto, a character designer, newly drawn for the animate cafe collaboration, and there are plans to sell special offers and limited-edition goods using this newly drawn illustration.

Cowboy Bebop" x "animate cafe" will be held from May 15 to June 10, 2018 at Good Smile x animate cafe Akihabara (1-7-6 Sotokanda, Chiyoda-ku) and Osaka Nihonbashi (4-15-17 Nihonbashi, Naniwa-ku).

No advance reservations are required, so feel free to drop by on your way home from work.
