Kalafina will release DVD & BD of their 10th anniversary Nippon Budokan live concert and documentary film simultaneously on June 13 (Wed.)!

Kalafina, a three-piece female vocal unit that has been attracting attention not only in Japan but also globally, will release a DVD and Blu-ray simultaneously on June 13, 2018 (Wednesday), featuring their one-night-only Nippon Budokan live performance celebrating their 10th anniversary and their first documentary film. Kalafina is the first Japanese band to perform at the Nippon Budokan.

Kalafina is a three-piece female vocal unit formed for the "Kara no Kyoukai" theme song project produced by Yuki Kajiura, and made their impressive debut with the single "oblivious" in 2008. Since then, all of their original albums have charted within the Top 10 of the Oricon Weekly Chart. Their first documentary film "Kalafina 10th Anniversary Film ~Yume ga Spinning Shining Harmony~" will be released in theaters on March 30, 2018.

Kalafina celebrated the 10th anniversary of their debut in 2008 on January 23 (Tuesday) , and to commemorate their 10th anniversary, their first documentary film and a video of their 10th anniversary Nippon Budokan concert will be released simultaneously on DVD and Blu-ray on June 13 (Wednesday), 2018. This is the first time for Kalafina to release video works simultaneously, and it is a perfect project to commemorate their 10th anniversary.

The live video "Kalafina 10th Anniversary LIVE 2018 at Nippon Budokan" is an uncut recording of Kalafina's fourth solo live performance at Nippon Budokan. The live performance is "Kalafina 10th Anniversary LIVE 2018 at Nippon Budokan," which was held on January 23, 2018 (Tuesday) to celebrate the 10th anniversary of her debut. Despite being a weekday, the show was sold out. The live performance consisted of a total of 27 songs, both old and new, based on the songs voted by fans. It was a one-night-only live performance with a high premium level, perfect to commemorate the 10th anniversary.

The documentary film "Kalafina 10th Anniversary Film ~Harmony of Brilliance Spun by Dreams~" is a DVD and Blu-ray package of footage that was shown nationwide for two weeks only from March 30, 2018 (Friday). The DVD and Blu-ray package includes a fantastic live performance in front of world heritage sites such as Nikko Toshogu Shrine and Kofukuji Temple in Nara in 2017, their autumn/winter tour of 15 acoustic concerts in 12 cities nationwide, and a one-night-only performance at Nippon Budokan on January 23, the day of their debut, to celebrate their 10th anniversary. The film also includes a special feature film, "Kalafina's True Face," which is not yet released in the film. Also included for the first time in the film are interviews with each member and the three members, which have not been shown in the film, as bonus footage.

In commemoration of the 10th anniversary of their debut, there are more tricks around the product.
The documentary film and live video will be released simultaneously, and the first pressing of each DVD and Blu-ray of the live video product will come with a special box that can also hold the documentary film package. Fans who purchase the DVD and Blu-ray will be able to complete the "10th Anniversary Box" themselves.
