JRA (Japan Racing Association) and the anime "POPTEPIC" have decided to collaborate, and the special web content "POPTEPIC Memorial" was released on April 26 (Thursday).

POPTEPIC" is a four-frame manga written by Bukubu Okawa that has been distributed since November 2014 on Manga Life WIN, Take Shobo's four-frame web comic distribution site. The surreal and chaotic days of the little rambunctious Popuko (the short one) and the long-faced, calm and collected Pipimi (the long one), bursting with black humor, have become a topic of conversation mainly on the Internet, and the number of views on Nico Nico Douga has reached 1 million views faster than any other anime in history. The "Yabasai 2" have stormed into the racetrack in full force!　But of course, "POPTEPIC" is not a simple story. In the "POPTEPIC Commemoration" web content released this time, visuals of POPUKO as a jockey and PIPIMI as a thoroughbred are shown with outstanding impact.

On the "POPTEPIC Commemoration" special site, the "POPTEPI Audience Maker," which allows users to create their own original POPUKO and PIPIMI, is now open to the public.

Based on either POPUKO or PIPIMI, you can arrange their expressions, hairstyles, and costumes. There is a full lineup of JRA original parts, including jockey uniforms and thoroughbred outfits, with more than 100 million possible combinations!　Users can also share their completed characters on SNS and save their images. Furthermore, the characters created by users are reflected in the background of the top page of the site in real time. If the racetrack is crowded with visitors and the number of visitors exceeds 1 million, "something amazing will happen," so we hope you will participate.
