AbemaTV to broadcast the first "Shadowverse" professional league match of "RAGE," one of the largest e-sports tournaments in Japan, live in its entirety!

The first Shadowverse Pro League match of "RAGE," one of the largest e-sports tournaments in Japan, will be broadcast live on "Ultra Games," a dedicated gaming channel on the Internet TV station AbemaTV.

RAGE is a next-generation e-sports tournament run by CyberZ, Inc. and Avex Entertainment, Inc. throughout the year to determine the strongest champions in multiple game genres. The four titles that have been selected for competition so far are Super Evil Megacorp's MOBA "Vainglory," Capcom's fighting game "Street Fighter V," Konami's soccer game "Winning Eleven 2017," and Cygames' competitive online TCG Shadowverse. In the finals, players who have made it through each of the qualifying tournaments come together for a heated battle to become the champion of each title.

The first Shadowverse festival in Japan will be held on May 5 (Sat.) and 6 (Sun.), 2018, at the Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Halls 9 and 10, and will be broadcast on Abema TV. The "RAGE Shadowverse Pro League" is the first professional league in Japan's largest e-sports tournament "RAGE", jointly organized by Avex Entertainment, Cygames, and CyberZ. The first season will begin on May 5, 2018 (Saturday) as a new and unprecedented professional league, including open recruitment of players and a guaranteed minimum income (salary) for players competing in the league.

The first season will feature four professional e-sports teams, "au Detonation," "Nagoya OJA Baby Star," "Yoshimoto Libalent," and "Levanga SAPPORO," and will feature three-player team competitions for each of the professional teams sponsored by the companies.

In this broadcast, all games of the first season, which will be held from May 5 (Sat.), can be enjoyed, so why not end the Golden Week with a heated battle between the players?
