Finally, it's time for episode 4. Daigo is depressed because Hikaru showed his talent in the last practice match. Then, "Uza English" Hikaru encourages him by saying, "I don't care what people think. What powerful words! If I really beat him up, it would be a big problem, though.

The next day, Daigo reluctantly joins Hikaru at Dolphins practice. Then Urabe, the current ace, and Andy, the regular catcher, appear! Andy's eyebrows are shaped like the letter "U" and he has a pig nose! The visual difference between the main character and Andy is too drastic.

Of course, the two "kid generals" were not happy with Daigo and Hikaru. Of course they don't like Daigo and Hikaru.

When the Dolphins practice begins, the coach asks Hikaru what position he would like to play. Hikaru-kun says he wants to be a pitcher because "it seems like the most fun position. Positive mindset to no end! I want to learn from him.
When Hikaru-kun begins pitching practice, he throws a hard fastball, but with no concessions. Too bad! If you can't get strikes, you can't be used as a pitcher.

A few days after practice, Hikaru suddenly comes to Daigo's house, saying that he wants to practice pitching. Daigo has no choice but to show him around the yard. What is remarkable is Daigo's house. What a surprise to see a pitching batting cage and a large swimming pool in the yard! I've only seen such a thing in the homes of Hollywood celebrities.
By the way, if you want to buy a property with a pool in Tokyo, it costs 120 million yen for a used one.

Hikaru started practicing as a "pitcher" and Daigo as a "catcher.
When Hikaru tried to throw the ball, he was surprised by his grip on the ball. I had no idea that he was throwing with a "grasping grip! That's no way to control a pitch. Daigo gave Hikaru a lecture on how to grip the ball, a technique that Goro Shigeno had taught him directly. Hmmm...as expected. His grandfather was also a professional baseball player. Everyone in the Shigeno family knows a lot about baseball.
Hikaru immediately threw a fastball that turned out to be a strike! I envy his talent. Daigo, who has no talent for baseball, loses his motivation again. ......

Seeing Daigo like this, Hikaru again made a surprising remark. The first time I saw him, I thought, " Why don't you just become a catcher? That was the end of the fourth episode.
If pitching is not an option, why didn't the Dolphins' manager, coach, and the Shigeno family realize this? I have my own thoughts on the matter, but I'll be rooting for him on his way to becoming a catcher.

Synopsis.
Episode 4: "The Talent of Loving Baseball"
Daigo, who witnessed Hikaru's outstanding baseball sense in a practice game, compares it to his own baseball talent and becomes disheartened. Hikaru encourages him by saying, "You love baseball," and invites him to practice with the Dolphins. On a weekend weekend, Hikaru and Daigo are seen on the riverbed early in the morning. The two begin to play catch at a leisurely pace. The Dolphins' ace, Urabe, and Andy, the regular catcher, are watching them from the bank...!
