The World Witches series of "Strike Witches & Brave Witches" will release a 10th anniversary album!

It was announced that "World Witches Series 10th Anniversary Album Strike Witches & Brave Witches 45 Songs (Remixed & Rearranged)" will be released in 2018, the 10th anniversary of the first season of the Strike Witches TV anime.

The "World Witches" series depicts the activities of "witches", girls with magical powers, who fight against "Neuroi", a deformed enemy that attacks mankind. Strike Witches" is a media-mix work written by Fumikane Shimada and Projekt Kagonish and planned by Kadokawa Shoten, with the first TV anime season airing from July to September 2008, the second season from July to September 2010, and a movie version released in March 2012. In 2014, the OVA "Strike Witches Operation Victory Arrow" was produced, and the latest work in the series, "Brave Witches," was broadcasted from October 2016.

This time, in 2018, the 10th anniversary of the broadcast of the first season of the Strike Witches TV anime, "World Witches Series 10th Anniversary Album Strike Witches & Brave Witches 45 Songs (Remixed & Rearranged)" will be released. It has been revealed.

This album contains remixed and rearranged representative songs selected from the first and second seasons of the TV anime "Strike Witches", the movie version, and the OVA. It will also include representative songs from Brave Witches, and will be released in a 3-CD box set on July 4 (Wed.). All three CDs will be released in a limited edition box set on July 4 (Wed.), and each CD will have a newly illustrated jacket, picture label, and commentary.

To commemorate "501 Day," a "Strike Witches" retrospective screening will be held at Kadokawa Cinema Shinjuku on May 1 (Tue.) and May 2 (Wed.).
In addition, a 10th anniversary event will be held on July 8 (Sun.), so keep your eyes on the "World Witches" series!
