Sunrise Festival will be held again in 2018!

Sunrise, which has produced numerous animations, has teamed up with movie theaters to bring you the dream festival ......, which is the "Sunrise Festival".
The festival will feature screenings of popular works by Sunrise and Namco Bandai Pictures, from the classics to the latest releases, as well as appearances by cast and crew members and other special guests.

The event will be held at Theatre Shinjuku, Shinjuku Piccadilly, TOHO Cinemas Shinjuku, and now also at Shinjuku Wald 9.
The event will be held in two parts: Part 1 from July 7 (Sat) to 21 (Sat) and Part 2 from September 1 (Sat) to 8 (Sat).

The opening film will be "Battle Spirits" to commemorate the series' 10th anniversary, and the closing film will be "Armoreden Samurai Trooper," which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. In addition, "Gintama" TV series, the second live-action movie of which will be released on August 17 (Friday), and "Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphens," whose popularity has not waned since its broadcast ended in 2017, are among the 23 films on the lineup to heat up Shinjuku in the summer!

The title of the festival is "Sunrise Festival 2018 Kouen -Ikki seimei no toki wo shimmering ni ikku seiyo no toki wo shiru (Knowing the time of Iku Seisou no toki in the sparkle of dazzling flames)". We hope that you will enjoy the many masterpieces that sparkle like flames at the theater!

Kengo Kawanishi (Mikazuki Orgas), Yoshimasa Hosoya (Olga Itsuka), Yasuaki Uchisho (Akihiro Altland), and Mutsushin Tamura (Ride Massu) have already been confirmed for "Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron Blood Orphans" and tickets will be on sale from 13:00 on May 12 (Saturday). Tickets will go on sale at 13:00 on Saturday, May 12.
