Isekai Izakaya - Izakaya Nobu in the Ancient Capital of Aethelia - Episode 3: GW's Journey to Find Delicious Tofu Cuisine and Sake: ......

Isekai Izakaya: Izakaya Nobu in the Ancient Capital of Aethelia" (hereafter "Nobu") is a work based on the recently popular theme of otherworldly things and food. The owner of "Izakaya Nobu" is located on a desolate street in Kyoto, but somehow the front entrance of the restaurant is connected to the medieval European-style otherworldly city of Aethelia, the ancient capital of Japan. Nobuyuki Yazawa, the proprietor, and Shinobu Senke, a waiter, run the restaurant for the residents of this other world.

People from all walks of life, including guards, craftsmen, merchants, and aristocrats, come to "Nobu" to relieve their fatigue of the day with good sake and snacks....... The story depicts a scene similar to that of Japanese businessmen drinking at an izakaya.

In episode 3, aristocrat Johann-Gustav (CV: Daisuke Namikawa) and his yojy...niece Hildegarde (CV: Aino Nanjo) arrive at "Nobu".
When they enter the restaurant, Shinobu offers them warm hand towels. Johan is impressed by her concern, as it seems to be the cold season in Aethelia, the ancient capital in the story. Johan is impressed by her concern. It seems that he, too, came to Nobu after hearing a rumor about the town.
When you take a seat at a tavern, the usual procedure is to receive an oshibori (hand towel) before ordering a drink (......). The type of oshibori that comes out depends on the restaurant, whether it is made of toweling cloth or paper. I wonder if I am the only one who feels that just getting a warm hand towel makes me feel a little more excited. ...... Many people may feel the urge to wipe their faces when a warm hand towel comes out.

Johan looks around the restaurant, and although he still cannot read the menu on the wall, he infers from the number of items on the menu that Nobu is a highly skilled restaurant.

When Shinobu comes to ask for an order, Hildegarde asks something tonch-like, "Can I have something delicious that is not smelly, not spicy, not sour, not bitter, not hard, and not bread, potato, porridge, egg, or stew? Johan hears Hildegarde's comment and sighs, "Oh, no, not again. Apparently, Hildegarde has repeatedly annoyed Johan with similar difficult questions at other restaurants. However, Johann's monologue tells the story of Hildegarde's life and reveals that her selfishness is not due to her childhood.

Shinobu-chan and Taisho do not seem particularly troubled by the seemingly difficult order, and even seem to be relaxed about it.

The two are anxiously awaiting the arrival of the gas stove and earthenware pot. The pot was covered with kombu (kelp), which reminded me of yudofu, but it was a dish that took a little more effort: "ankake yudofu," which is tofu served in a bowl and topped with red bean paste. When I eat "yudofu" at Japanese-style pubs, I usually think of ponzu (Japanese sauce made with ponzu citrus juice) as a dipping sauce, but ponzu is a little too strong for tofu with a light flavor, so I prefer to eat it with an ankake, as in this case. Tofu is a food that is easy to digest and absorb, and it can be served cold or hot, making it a very flexible ingredient.

In the second half of the live-action part, "Nobu + PLUS," cookery researcher Kyuta Kijima arranges and actually cooks dishes that appeared in the main story, but before he starts cooking, Kijima wants me to cook for Hildegarde, who appeared in the main story! Before starting to cook, Mr. Kijima told the audience that he wanted to cook for Hildegarde who appeared in the film.

This time, Daisuke Namikawa, who plays the role of Johan . Daisuke Namikawa, who plays the role of Johan, is not the handsome type that he usually plays, but a nobleman's uncle, a role he plays with great aplomb.
And when I heard Suzuko Mimori's voice as Shinobu-chan and Aino Nanjo's voice as Hildegarde together, I thought of the same Sunrise production, "Love Live! I would like to enjoy tofu dishes and sake tonight, thinking that I am not the only one who imagined "Love Live!
