A 75-year-old grandmother meets something: BL "The Edge of Metamorphosis," Volume 1, on sale today, May 8! Reproductions of the original artwork are now on display at some bookstores!

The first volume of the popular comic "The Edge of Metamorphosis," which depicts the daily life of an elderly lady who discovered BL (Boys' Love) at the age of 75 and a high school girl who works at a bookstore, was released today, May 8 (Tuesday).

Metamorphose no Enkawa" is a popular comic serialized by Kaori Tsurutani on the Web comic distribution site "Comic Newtype" ( # ). The story follows the interaction between an elderly 75-year-old woman, Ichinoi Yuki, and a high school girl, Sayama Urara, a bookstore clerk, who happens to pick up a BL comic book at a bookstore she happens to drop by after the closing of a coffee shop she remembers going to with her late husband.

The first 12 episodes are currently available on the "Metamorphose no Enkawa" distribution page ( #/contents/engawa/), so be sure to check it out.
