True Tears" 10th Anniversary BD BOX to be released on September 26! Special price 9,800 yen!

The "true tears 10th Anniversary Blu-ray Box" will be released on September 26, 2018 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the TV anime "true tears" that aired in 2008.

The story is based on La'cryma's game of the same name, but the animation is original, The TV anime was broadcast from January 2008 to March 2008 (13 episodes). The dense coming-of-age story was well received and gained popularity.
Incidentally, the Blu-ray box set of this work was released in 2010 as a limited-order production disc (priced at 24,990 yen) and in 2013 as a standard edition (priced at 20,000 yen).

This is the third Blu-ray box set to be released at a special affordable price of 9,800 yen.
Episode 13 is a special edition including a new epilogue video (approx. 3 min.) that was created for the "true tears Blu-ray Box" (released in 2010) and has not yet been broadcast on TV (regular episode 13 will not be included). The package will be newly illustrated by Kanami Sekiguchi, character designer.

Prior to the general release, a pre-sale will be held at the Johata Mugiya Festival in Toyama Prefecture on September 15-16. Those who have missed out on the past Blu-ray Boxes, as well as those who will enjoy it in the future, are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to get their hands on it.

＜Story.
Shinichiro Nakagami, the only son of a sake brewer, has a girl on his mind. Her name is Hiromi Yuasa. She is a classmate of Shinichiro's and lives with him at his house for a certain reason. Shinichiro has always been attracted to Hiromi's cheerful personality, but he has been unable to accept her somber expression since they started living together....
One day, Shinichiro meets Noe Ishidou, a girl who climbs up a tree in the backyard of the school and picks "red berries". Noe says that she cannot cry even when she is sad. Shinichiro is puzzled by her outlandish behavior, but for some reason he finds her strangely attractive. This encounter gradually brings about changes in Shinichiro and the people around him...
