Shangya March Ecute Kanda-Mansebashi, a tantanmen chain restaurant, opened on Wednesday, May 2, 2012.  *Closed on Monday, September 23, 2019 (national holiday).

Located near Bansebashi Bridge. March Ecute Kanda-Mansebashi. It is the former site of "Mugi to Olive March Ecute Kanda-Mansebashi," which closed in March of this year.


Shang House is a restaurant that serves tantanmen, dim sum, and Chinese tea. The restaurant offers four types of tantanmen: "Japanese-style soupless tantanmen," "hot and spicy soupless tantanmen," "devil tantanmen," and "princess tantanmen," which use noodles with a gentle flavor and minimal use of brine, in a soup rich in aromatic white sesame roasted over an open flame, homemade raayu, and herbal spices such as huashou and chenbin. The restaurant offers four types of tanzan noodles: "Japanese-style soup-less tanzan noodles," "hot red hot soup-less tanzan noodles," "devil tanzan noodles" and "princess tanzan noodles.
