THE GUNDAM BASE TOKYO POP-UP in NIIGATA", a special project of "THE GUNDAM BASE TOKYO POP-UP" that condenses the charm of Gundam Base Tokyo, will be held at Niigata City Manga & Anime Information Center from May 18 to June 4, 2018. It has been decided that "THE GUNDAM BASE TOKYO POP-UP in NIIGATA" will be held from May 18 to June 4, 2018.

THE GUNDAM BASE TOKYO opened in August 2017 in the Odaiba area of Tokyo, and has sold a total of more than 473 million pieces in the 37 years since the 1/144 Gundam was first released in 1980. It is an official Gundam Model Kits comprehensive facility for Gundam Model Kits fans around the world, where both children and adults can enjoy Gundam Model Kits to the fullest, consisting of four zones where visitors can buy, build, look at, and learn about the plastic models of the Mobile Suit Gundam series, which have continued to evolve.


This time, "THE GUNDAM BASE TOKYO POP-UP in NIIGATA," a special event of "THE GUNDAM BASE TOKYO POP-UP" that condenses the charm of Gundam Base Tokyo, will be held in Niigata City.

Gundam 1/1 Gundam" head will appear!
Special display of 1/10 scale Unicorn Gundam, Gundam Exia, and Strike Gundam standing statues.
The new products of "Gundam Build Divers," the latest in the "Gundam Build Series," will be on display.
An explanatory exhibit on the history of Gundam and Gundam plastic models and the process of making Gundam plastic models will also be set up.
The new SD series "SD Gundam Cross Silhouette" will be on display.
The works of Kawaguchi Meijin, a Gundam Model Kits evangelist, will also be on display.
A special exhibition of the "GUNPLA EVOLUTION PROJECT," a project for the 40th anniversary of GUNPLA, and the latest Gunpla models that are the talk of the town will be on display.
The "Gunpla Supporters," who are artists, celebrities and other celebrities who have produced the coloring of Gunpla models, will exhibit their works.
Gundam Base Limited Edition Gunpla" and "Event Limited Edition Gunpla" will be on sale at the special sales area.
