Macross Delta" is the latest in the "Macross" series, which is based on transformable robots, songs, and love triangles, and is a TV anime that began airing in April 2016. Set eight years after the previous work "Macross F" on a frontier planet, it depicts the joint operations and love story of five airborne knights of the "Kingdom of Wind" and five divas of the tactical music unit "Valkyrie" (Miun Delta Junna, Freya Delta Suzuki Minori, Kaname Delta Kiyono Anno, Reina Delta Nao Higashiyama, Machina Delta Mochimi Nishida). General director is Shoji Kawamori, director is Kenji Yasuda, series composition and script are by Toshizo Nemoto, character design is by Chisato Jitsuda (CAPCOM), character design is by Majiro and Yu Shindo, animation production is by Satellite, and "Macross Δ Gekijou no Valkyrie the Movie was released.

Blu-ray & DVD of "SANKYO presents "Macross Delta" Tactical Music Unit "Valkyrie" 3rd LIVE "Valkyrie will not betray" at Yokohama Arena" will be released this fall.

The "Macross Delta" Tactical Music Unit "Valkyrie" 3rd LIVE "Valkyrie will not betray you" at Yokohama Arena, held over two days in February this year, sold out instantly with tickets for 22,000 people, and the event was also broadcast live at movie theaters in Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Korea. Live viewing was also held at movie theaters in Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and South Korea. The live video of the concert, which swept not only Japan but also Asia, will be packaged for release this fall.

During the two days of live performances, the band raged through theme songs and insert songs from the TV anime, as well as new songs from "Macross Delta the Movie: Gekijo no Valkyrie". The quality of the songs, harmonies, and dances at this live performance was acclaimed to far surpass that of the legendary 2nd live performance. The moving stage and five trolleys were used to create an astonishing performance, and the members moved freely throughout the Yokohama Arena, creating a frenzy of excitement that was recorded in every detail.
The collaboration between Sheryl Nome starring May'n, the diva of "Macross Frontier" and Ranka Lee = Ai Nakajima and the Valkyries will also be included in the package, and is not to be missed!
