Sequel Production Announced for "Princess Principal STAGE OF MISSION", Event Report Arrives!

A completely new anime film is being produced and will be released in theaters in 2019.A report from the "Princess Principal STAGE OF MISSION" event held on Sunday, April 29, 2018, has arrived.

The five girls are high school girls who attend the prestigious Queen's Mayfair School, and they hide behind the fact that they are spies for different countries. The five girls use their status as high school girls attending the prestigious Queen's Mayfair School as a cover to carry out various missions in the capital city of London, which has become the front line of the "Shadow War" in which spies from many countries are engaged in dark deeds. Directed by Masanori Tachibana, series composition and screenplay by Ichiro Okochi, original character design by Kohaku Kurosei, and music by Yuki Kajiura. Animation production is by Studio 3Hz and Actus.

A one-night-only special event of the beautiful girl spy action "Princess Principal," which aired for 12 episodes from July to September last year, was held on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Maihama Amphitheater. The event was attended by the gorgeous cast members, including Ayaka Imamura as Angel, Akiyoshi Sekine as Princess, Yoha Daichi as Dorothy, Tou Kageyama as Beatrice, Nozomi Furuki as Chise, and Tomoko Iida as Gazelle, as well as the OP theme song of this work, Void_Chords feat. MARU, who sang the OP theme song of the film.

The event opened with the OP theme song "The Other Side of the Wall" (TV Size) by Void_Chords feat. The overwhelming power of the singers and the power of the live performance drew the entire audience into the world of "Pripuri" at once.

As the excitement grew, the cast members appeared on stage in their school uniforms to thunderous cheers from the audience. Team Shirohato's mission for this event was to entertain the fans gathered at the venue. Team Shirohato aimed to complete their mission by singing and talking.

The first mission was a "character song live". Imamura-san, who plays Angel, sang "Take Me Up Higher," Kageyama-san, who plays Beatrice, sang "Little Braver," Furugi-san, who plays Chise, sang "Senko Katana Uta" and "Moto Hitomawase," Daichi-san, who plays Dorothy, sang "Under the Moonlight," and Sekine-san, who plays Princess, sang "Into the Sky" by Ms. Sekine, who plays the Princess. Daichi, who plays Dorothy, and Kageyama, who plays Beatrice, also sang "moonlight melody.

Team Shirohato also sang the ED theme song "A Page of My Story" and its coupling song "Shoot Your Heart Out! In between the songs, a character PV and short monologue featuring the main video and a new narration were shown on the screen, delighting the fans with the elaborate performance.

The next mission was "Maihama version of Mucha Furisode Sugoroku". This was an event version of "Muchachi-Sugoroku," a familiar game on the web radio program "Pripuri Secret Report. This time, the teams were Imamura & Sekine, Furuki & Kageyama, and Daichi & Iida (MC). The dice were rolled, and the teams worked together to complete the missions indicated on the squares they stopped on their way to the goal. The two losing teams had to chug a cup of bitter tea as a penalty game. However, for some reason, six paper cups were prepared, and the winning team, Imamura & Sekine, ended up drinking all of them, and the venue was filled with laughter.

The next mission was to create a "picture drama. The new picture drama was a completely original story written especially for this event, with live recording by the cast and new illustrations, depicting episodes of the characters different from the main story.

After the reading drama, the OP theme song coupling song "Drive My Fate" by Void_Chords feat. The cast members appeared on stage again for the publicity announcement corner. The release information of the Blu-ray containing today's event and the latest information on the app game were announced.

The last song of the event was a full-size version of the OP theme song "The Other Side of the Wall" performed by Void_Chords feat. As the two-hour-long event came to an end, Imamura said, "I didn't expect to be the first one to perform live, and for a moment I thought it was for real (laughs), but when I saw your faces on stage, I realized how happy I was. I would like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone here, and to everyone who loves and supports "Puripuri". Thank you so very much. In the end, all the performers and the audience sang "Mission Complete" together in chorus, bringing the curtain down on this one-night-only special event that brought the main cast together.
