A joint launch event for the CD series "'Uma Musume Pretty Derby' STARTING GATE 09" & "STARTING GATE 10" of "Uma Musume Pretty Derby," whose TV anime is currently airing, was held in Tokyo on May 13 (Sun.).

Uma Musume Pretty Derby" is a media mix content by Cygames, which will start smartphone app service in 2018 and TV anime broadcast by the team of Cygames x TOHO animation x Lantis and production studio P.A.WORKS. The latest PV of the anime was shown at this event and has been broadcast since April 2018, with Taro Iwashiro (music for the anime "Midori no Makibao") as the new staff member in charge of producing the anime music.

The latest CD series "STARTING GATE" of "Uma Musume Pretty Derby" CD series, "STARTING GATE 11," whose TV anime is airing well, was released today, Wednesday, May 16.

Cygames, a game planning, development, and operation company, held an event to celebrate the joint release of the CD series "Uma Musume Pretty Derby" "STARTING GATE 09" and "STARTING GATE 10" on May 13 (May 13). The event was held in Tokyo on May 13 (Sun.).
This event was an invitation-only event for purchasers of "STARTING GATE 09" and "STARTING GATE 10".
The cast included Azumi Wake (Special Week), Marika Takano (Silence Suzuka), Machico (Tokai Teio), Chinami Hashimoto (Fine Motion), Afumi Tsuchishi (Mejiro Ryan), Hitomi Owada (Smart Falcon), Naomi Ozora (Tamao Cross), Sachika Misawa ( In addition to the talk corner and "Legend of Umapyoi" by the nine members, all the songs included in "STARTING GATE 09" and "STARTING GATE 10" were performed live at the event.

The event was packed with ■live performances and talks!

The event started with the singing of "Umapyoi Densetsu" by all the performers. Fans cheered enthusiastically, and the excitement of the audience was already at its highest!

After self-introductions, Hashimoto, Doji, and Owada from "STARTING GATE 09" and Ozora, Misawa, and Tanaka from "STARTING GATE 10" shared their thoughts on the songs and episodes from the recording sessions, while Kazuki, Takano, and Machico led the audience in a discussion of their own.

In the "Dear Trainer 3-piece competition! The next corner was the "Dear Trainer 3-piece contest! ～The three personalities of "Paka Radio! Team (Waki, Takano, Machico), STARTING GATE 09 Team (Hashimoto, Doji, Owada), and STARTING GATE 10 Team (Ozora, Misawa, Tanaka). The STARTING GATE 10 team won the fierce competition and was crowned the overall winner. The team members shared their joy with each other after winning the prize.
After the announcement part, the event finally entered the live part of the second half.

Misawa took the lead. Let's get excited! and sang "Inoshikkou Rampant Bakushinchu! with a cheerful shout of "Let's get excited! Tanaka followed with "Ichigeki Irigon☆Pegasus Punch," in which he punched the Pegasus in full heroic force, and the fans in the audience responded with their own actions. Full speed! Forward! Umadoru Power☆", Owada expressed the cuteness of a girl dreaming of becoming an idol with her whole body.

Following "Seishun ga Waiting for You," sung by Hashimoto, Doji, and Owada, "Hope Discovery" was followed by Doji's passionate performance backed by the intense rock-style guitar sound. During "My Against Fight," white penlights reminiscent of "White Inazuma," which appears in the lyrics of the song, filled the venue to the accompaniment of Ohzora's performance.

In "Koisuru Sekai (World in Love)," Hashimoto expressed the feelings of a girl in love with a soft expression on her face. The audience was upbeat to "Yumezora" performed by Ohzora, Misawa, and Tanaka, with the three of them matching each other and their choreography.

At the end of the event, all the performers took the stage and greeted the fans one by one. The event came to a close with each performer expressing their hopes and dreams for the continuing story of "Uma Musume".
