Screening event for "Akkun to Kanojo" featuring Keisuke Ueda & Arisa Kari on June 30!

From the TV anime "Akku to Kanojo," currently airing on TV, a screening event "Akku to Kanojo: Matsuo to Chiho no Fun★Screening Party! will be held at AEON CINEMA Itabashi in Tokyo on June 30.

The main character, Atsuhiro Kagari, a.k.a. Akkun, and his girlfriend, Nontan, a.k.a. Katagiri, are the heroes of "Akkun to Kanojo," a romance comedy serialized in "Monthly Comic Gene" (released on the 15th of each month) by Wak Wakaba Moriwaka.
The director of the anime version is Shin Katagai, who has directed "Yume Oukoku to Nemureru 100 no Ojisama Short" and "Neo Angelique Abyss," etc. The character design is by Motohiro Taniguchi, who was in charge of "Yuru Yuri San☆High! and Yuka Yamada, who worked on "Kobayashi-sanchi no Maidragon" and "Tantei Team KZ Jiken Note", for series composition and screenplay, are among the talented staff involved in the production of the TV anime "Akkun to Kanojo". And the animation production is by Yumeta Company.

The screening event "Matsuo and Chiho's Fun★Screening of 'Akku to Kanojo'! will be held on June 30. The event will feature a screening of selected episodes chosen by fan votes. There will also be a talk show with Keisuke Ueda, who plays Masago Matsuo, and Yusa Kari, who plays Chiho Sho. They will also be giving away a special gift that fans will not want to miss.

The screening episodes will be solicited via Twitter. The hashtag "#Akkano Favorites" will be used to indicate your favorite episodes and your impressions of them. Your posted impressions may even be read by Ueda-san and Kari-san!

Tickets for the event will be available from May 18 at noon on Keisuke Ueda's official website "Ue-chan neru" for "Ue-chan neru" members to make advance reservations. Pre-orders will also be available on e-plus from noon on May 26.
