An event was held at Shinjuku Wald 9 on May 13 (Sun.) for an advance screening of the seventh episode of this work. Teppei Kaminishi, who plays Hikaru Tsutsui, Shota Aoi, who plays Yuto Ito, and Rena Ueda, who plays Sumie Ayato, took the stage to talk about the work, the recording sessions, and even a glimpse into future developments.

After the screening of episode 7, Ms. Uenishi, Ms. Aoi, and Ms. Ueda took the stage and were first asked about their impressions of episode 7, which had just finished screening.
Ms. Uenishi opened by saying, "Ito is cute," which made the audience laugh, but she went on to talk about the work, saying, "It depicts realistic aspects of love, such as the differences between people. Ms. Aoi commented that it was "the calm before the storm" and hinted at future developments, making the audience want to watch the film as soon as possible, even after the screening.

The audience was surprised when Ms. Ueda revealed that she had cut her hair to the same length as Ayato's because she wanted to act as close to the character as possible in her portrayal of Ayato.

When asked about her favorite episodes and memorable scenes from episodes 1 through 7, Aoi-san actually performed a line from the scene in episode 5 that Ueda-san mentioned.
Ms. Ueda also talked about a scene in episode 7, saying, "The scene in which Ms. Ayato, who has always been cautious of her surroundings and avoided getting involved with others, gets involved with people, and it warms my heart," and she expressed her feelings she had felt since she read the script. The audience, who had just finished watching the scene, seemed to be receptive to the feelings that Mr. Ueda had put into the scene.

As for Uenishi and Aoi, they both mentioned episode 6, the story of Tsutsui and Ito's encounter.
Ms. Aoi said that she had wanted to play this scene since she read the original story, and Mr. Uenishi said that he felt it was an important spice in the story after having played it.

Furthermore, Ms. Uenishi also mentioned that she, like Tsutsui, did not pay much attention to fashion, but that she felt linked and close to the character because she asked Ms. Aoi for advice, just as Tsutsui asked Mitsuya Takanashi (CV: Takuatsu Terashima) for advice.

Asked about the atmosphere at the post recording session, they talked about how Uko Tachibana, who plays Tsutsui's mother, Norie Tsutsui, cares for Ms. Uenishi like a real mother, and how Ms. Ueda is the most nervous person at the scene.

As for future points of interest, Ms. Uenishi said that she hopes people will pay attention not only to Tsutsui and Igarashi Iroha (CV: Yu Serizawa), but also to the love lives of the other characters. Ms. Aoi commented that she hopes people will keep an eye on the characters, as there are heart-pounding as well as heart-wrenching developments awaiting them. Ms. Ueda said that the story will feature clashes between people's true feelings, and she hoped that the audience would feel the heart-stirring moments and clashes of hearts.

The event concluded with comments from the cast members to the audience.

Mr. Ueda said, "We are going to see more and more clashes of true feelings between Tsutsu (Tsutsui) and Iroha, and between Ito and Ayato. Tsuttsun's clumsy but hard-working attitude will make you want to root for him, so I hope you will watch along with us until the end."

Ms. Aoi: "I feel that I am getting warm power from not only Tuttsun and Iroha, but also from the other characters around me. I think the story will develop in such a way that almost everyone will take a new step forward. I hope that you will be thrilled and sometimes my heart will ache, but I would be happy if you would continue to watch over them. I hope you will continue to watch over them. Please do so until the very end.

Uenishi: "This work depicts not only the good parts of love, but also the bad parts. I hope that you will watch the love between TSUTSUTSU and Iroha while feeling anxious about it, but I believe that there are many things that you can apply to your own real life, things you can learn, and things you can relate to.

Episode 7, which was previewed today, is scheduled to air on May 15 (Tue.) at 25:59 on NTV and other stations, so be sure to check it out.
