Kirin Lemon, a long-selling brand celebrating its 90th anniversary, and Inori Minase, a popular voice actress and artist of the moment, collaborated on a special music video, which was released today, January 17.

Inori Minase is a popular voice actress who has been a main cast in numerous anime productions, winning the Best Leading Actress Award at the 10th Seiyu Awards and the Best New Voice Actor Award in the Animation Division at the 25th Japan Film Critics Awards in 2016. As a singer, she debuted from King Record in December 2015, and her first album "Innocent flower," released in April 2017, has garnered a great deal of attention, reaching No. 3 on the Oricon charts.

The music video released this time is the third installment of the "Kirin Lemon Tribute" project, in which various artists arrange songs of "Kirin Lemon" to coincide with the release of renewed products of the long-selling brand "Kirin Lemon," which is celebrating its 90th anniversary. The first project was a new Kirin Lemon song by BiSH, "Tansarena Motto Yuke (Stay clear and go on). and "Shintoumei" by Frederick, the third installment featured Inori Minase, a popular voice actress of the moment, performing a song.

The new song "Straight to Toumei" (Straight to Toumei) is a bright and energetic song that encourages young people to pursue their dreams, saying, "If you believe in your dream and keep pursuing it, your dream will surely bloom in the future.

In the music video, the present Ms. Minase, who is earnestly pursuing her dream, meets her future self, who has realized her dream, and receives courage and energy from her. Against the backdrop of a laundromat decorated like a stage, the music video features Ms. Minase singing as both the "present" and "future" versions of herself.


The location was the "Aquarium Laundry," a laundromat in Edogawa Ward with a large water tank. Ms. Minase, who arrived at the location early in the morning, was said to be full of energy and smiling even after the sun went down. The flavor was developed by current and former Kirin Lemon employees based on the image of the flavor at the time of its birth. Container and design are under consideration.
