The DVD "Anime Michitsune Neko" containing 78 episodes from the TV anime "Michitsune Neko" will be released on May 30 (Wed.). In conjunction with the release, an invitation-only event will be held at Tokyo Joypolis on June 2 (Sat) for those who pre-ordered the DVD through the event application site "forTUNE music.

The TV anime "Mitsuchineko" is based on the popular character "Mitsuchineko" (original story: Frensel), which debuted as a serialized web comic in 2012. The game application "MICCHITSU Neko Mix", which is linked to the comic, has also been distributed, and since its release, it has received 1 million downloads and the cumulative total of 4 million downloads of the series. The anime version attracted a great deal of attention with its star-studded voice cast including Yuichi Nakamura, Hiroshi Kamiya, Jun Fukuyama, Takahiro Sakurai, and Saori Hayami, as well as Yusuke Inoue of the comedy duo NON STYLE and the female pin-up comedian Yuriyan Retriever, who also appeared as voice actors.
